We proudly stand behind the quality of our pet care products, smart feeders, and accessories.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — simple, quick, and stress-free.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and easy-to-follow instructions to return your item safely.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll fix the issue immediately — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet feeders, grooming tools, or hygiene products

  • Items with visible wear, modification, or damage

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Perishable or consumable materials (e.g., food, treats, liquids)


🔄 Exchanges

Want to switch to a different product or size?
The fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order after your refund is processed — ensuring a smooth and quick exchange experience.


🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you live within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, you may return any unused product for a full refund — no explanation needed.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

🕒 Note: Some banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
